Overview
Thank you for shopping at Yuechuanzhihang. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand our return and refund procedures.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Please note: Products showing signs of use, water exposure, or physical damage caused by improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
Opened or used products (unless faulty).
Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Contact our customer service team at service@yczhihang.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping.
Once approved, ship the item to the designated address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at suzierich@yczhihang.com with your order details.
6. Warranty
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty periods are as follows:
Drones & Robotics (including machine dogs and robots): 12 months
Hydrofoils: 12 months
For warranty claims, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
7. International Returns
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during the return process.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.
