Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Please note: Products showing signs of use, water exposure, or physical damage caused by improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened batteries or electrical components
- Software-activated or customized firmware units
- Replacement parts, consumables, or promotional items
Return Process
- Submit a Request: Email us at support@[yourbrand].com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Inspection: After receiving the product, our team will inspect it and confirm eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact your payment provider or reach out to us directly for assistance.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange for the same product, email support@[yourbrand].com within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we’ll cover all return costs.
- For all other returns (such as change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
