1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1-5 business days after payment verification (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's status.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We currently ship to numerous countries and regions worldwide using the following reliable international carriers:

  • Primary Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS

  • Economy Options:EMS, China Post Air Mail, or other economy options you provide

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and order weight/dimensions.

Please Note:

  • "Business days" exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • The times mentioned above are estimates and begin once the package leaves our warehouse. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, holiday peaks, or other force majeure events are beyond our control.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are determined by the policies of the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

  • We accurately declare the value of goods on the commercial invoice to comply with customs procedures.

  • Some carriers (e.g., DHL/FedEx) may require payment of duties upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details.

  • Yuechuanzhihang is not responsible for any packages returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to customs issues. No refund will be provided in such cases.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's progress in real-time on the carrier's official website.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your provided shipping address (including country, city, postal code, and phone number) is 100% accurate and complete.

  • Yuechuanzhihang is not responsible for failed, delayed, or lost deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will require payment for reshipping, or we can process a refund (minus the original shipping and handling fees).

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Package Not Delivered/Lost: If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please first check using the tracking number. If the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or appears abnormal, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We will assist you in filing an inquiry with the carrier.

  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives with visible damage to the exterior, please take photos before accepting it and notify the delivery personnel immediately. Also, contact us as soon as possible with the photos, and we will assist you with the next steps.
